Handmade products from Ukraine

In Ukraine, we work together with Sasha on productions in recycled plastic. Sasha's studio, Anumo, is based in Kyiv and from here she creates objects in recycled plastic with a playful and creative approach.

The name Anumo is Ukrainian and represents a call to action. Kind of like 'Let's do it'.

Before the ongoing war in Ukraine, Sasha had a dedicated team and many projects. Despite the challenges, she remains determined, saying: “Now, while my country is partially in ruins, I am even more determined to stay and work in my studio to continue my dreams”

Prices

At The -able, all prices are in Danish kroner and are stated incl. VAT and taxes in the private individuals section and exclusive of VAT in the 'For Companies' section. VAT is added upon invoicing. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Reservations are made for sold out items.

Everything is handmade.

All of our items are handmade and have unique markings that show the manufacturing process and reflect the craftsmanship. Variations in colors, sizes and materials may therefore occur.

The color in the pictures may also be slightly different from reality, although we do our best to show the items exactly as they appear.

Payment

We accept payment via MobilePay, PayPal and Shopify's payment solution. Your money will not be withdrawn until the item has been shipped (the same applies to digital gift cards).

Delivery

Goods are generally shipped within 1-3 business days. You will be informed via email if delivery is more than 3 days and otherwise is not clearly noted on the website.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs depend on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. These costs are calculated and disclosed at checkout.

Orders in Denmark over 1250 DKK have free shipping options (not all options are available, but delivery to a parcel box and in the case of packages under 5 kg. also for home delivery). You choose the shipping company yourself.

Right of withdrawal & return

There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased online. The period is calculated from the day you receive the order. To return, please send an email to kontakt@theable.dk

You must cover the return costs yourself, as we at The -able unfortunately cannot finance this. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back. There is no return fee.

There is no right of return on 2nd sorting, prototypes and Archive Sale.

Right of complaint

As a customer, you have a 2-year warranty period.
Write to kontakt@theable.dk and describe the problem. Feel free to attach pictures of the error.
The -able will cover the shipping costs for returns in connection with a complaint.

Personal information

Personal information is all kinds of information that to one extent or another can be attributed to you. When you use our website, we collect and process a number of such information. This happens e.g. by general access to content if you sign up for our newsletter, participate in competitions or surveys, register as a user or subscriber, otherwise use services or make purchases via the website.

We typically collect and process the following types of information: A unique ID and technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, your IP number, geographic location, and which pages you click on (interests). To the extent that you give explicit consent to this and enter the information yourself, the following are also processed: Name, telephone number, e-mail, address and payment information. We collect your general contact information such as name and address in order to deliver the product or service that you have purchased from us. We get your e-mail address when you sign up for our newsletter, fill in the form on the website or send us an e-mail yourself.

If you have given us your consent to this during the registration process or on our website, we will use your email address to send out a newsletter. You can subscribe to and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. All newsletters also contain a link to unsubscribe. If processing of personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to revoke consent at any time.

If you do not wish to provide the personal data required to purchase a product, you will unfortunately not be able to purchase products from us on our website.

Your information (except your e-mail address, if you have consented to its processing for the purpose of receiving offers) will be deleted 2 years after you have received your item or service.

Other recipients of personal data

We do not sell your personal data to third parties and we do not transfer your personal data to third countries.

We have our website with DanDomain, Shopify and payment system through MobilePay, which acts as our data processor. All personal data that you provide on our website will be stored in DanDomain, Google Analytics, Shopify's data centers.

We use external companies as suppliers to deliver our services in the best possible way. These external suppliers are data processors and in certain cases process personal data in connection with their provision of services to us. Our data processors only process personal data according to our instructions and in accordance with the legal requirements for data processors.

We have entered into data processing agreements with our data processors, which is our guarantee that they comply with applicable regulations on the protection of your personal data.

Your rights

As the registered person, you have a number of rights, which we must ensure fulfillment of at all times. You have the right to request the following from us:

• To have personal data deleted

You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
