Can the gifts be exchanged?

Yes, your employees can of course exchange their gift if they are not satisfied with it.

It is precisely our desire to minimize the number of corporate gifts that just lie unused in a cupboard.

The employee simply has to contact us about exchange and can either exchange for another item in or get a gift card for The -able.

How and when are the gifts delivered?

We deliver on the agreed date - as long as the order is placed in advance, there is no time that cannot be done. We send packages outside Greater Copenhagen, but personally deliver the gifts in Greater Copenhagen.

When is the final deadline for placing an order?

The timing for placing your order depends on several factors, including the number and size of the gifts, as well as whether employees will choose their own gifts or if you will select them. For smaller companies with fewer than 20 employees, orders can typically be placed until November. For larger companies, it is advisable to place orders by August, September, or early October. Please reach out to us as soon as you're interested, and we can provide guidance based on your specific needs.

How many employees should be in the company?

We have previously had orders for up to 3 employees and up to 200.

It all depends on how much time you have out and what you want - but nothing is too small or large.

Can you provide a presentation about the gifts and the history behind them, as well as information on when the gifts should be unwrapped?

Absolutely! We would be delighted to discuss The -able's history, our artisans, and the NGOs we collaborate with. If you plan to present the gifts at the end of Christmas or on the last morning before the holidays, we can arrange a visit to share this information with you. Just let us know your preferences when you place your order for this year's gifts, and we'll make the necessary arrangements.
