Prices

At The-able, all prices are in Danish kroner and stated incl. VAT and taxes in the private person section and excluding VAT in the 'For Companies' section. VAT is added when invoicing. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Reservations are made for out-of-stock items.

Everything is handmade

All our items are handmade and have their unique marks that show the manufacturing process and reflect the craftsmanship. Variations in colours, sizes and materials may therefore occur.

The color of the pictures may also be slightly different from reality, although we do our best to show the items exactly as they appear.

Payment

We accept payment via MobilePay, PayPal and Shopify's payment solution. Your money is not withdrawn until the item has been dispatched (the same applies to digital gift cards).

Delivery

Goods are generally sent within 1-3 working days. You will be informed via mail if delivery is over 3 days and otherwise is not clearly noted on the website.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs depend on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. These costs are calculated and disclosed at checkout.

Orders in Denmark over DKK 1000 have free shipping options (not all options are available, but delivery to parcel box and in case of packages under 5 kg. also for home delivery). You choose the shipping company yourself.

Right of withdrawal & return

There is a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased online. The period is calculated from the day you receive the order. To return, you must send an email to kontakt@theable.dk

Return costs must be borne by you, as unfortunately we at The-able cannot finance this. You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery of the item until we have received it back. There is no return fee.

Right of complaint

As a customer, you have 2 years' right to complain.
Write to kontakt@theable.dk and describe the problem. Please attach pictures of the error.
The -able bears the shipping costs for returns in relation to complaint.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us and shop on our website, we need the following information about you:

We process your personal data for the purpose of being able to deliver the product to you and to be able to process inquiries regarding your purchase. The processing takes place according to the rules in our personal data policy for The -able. Here you can read more about how your information is processed, when it is deleted and what rights you have as a registered user.

The following is The -ables cookie, privacy and personal data policy. The purpose of this is to establish clear guidelines for how we at The -able process data.

The -able fully respects all requests for confidentiality of personal information submitted online, and we are aware of the need for appropriate protection and proper processing of all personal information that we receive.

When you visit our website, information is collected about you, which is used to customize and improve our content and to increase the value of the advertisements displayed on the site. Personal information

Personal information is all kinds of information that to one extent or another can be attributed to you. When you use our website, we collect and process a number of such information. This happens e.g. by general access to content if you sign up for our newsletter, participate in competitions or surveys, register as a user or subscriber, otherwise use services or make purchases via the website.

We typically collect and process the following types of information: A unique ID and technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, your IP number, geographic location, and which pages you click on (interests). To the extent that you give explicit consent to this and enter the information yourself, the following are also processed: Name, telephone number, e-mail, address and payment information. This will typically be in connection with creating a login or when making a purchase.

Security

We process your personal data securely and confidentially in accordance with applicable legislation, including the Personal Data Regulation and the Data Protection Act.

Your information will only be used for the purpose for which it was collected and will be deleted when this purpose has been fulfilled or is no longer relevant.

We have taken technical and organizational measures against your information being accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, degraded or coming to the knowledge of unauthorized persons, misused or otherwise processed in violation of the law.

Purpose

The information is used to identify you as a user and show you the ads that are most likely to be relevant to you, to register your purchases and payments, and to be able to deliver the services you have requested, such as e.g. to send a newsletter. In addition, we use the information to optimize our services and content.

Period of storage

The information is kept for the period of time permitted by law and we delete it when it is no longer necessary. The period depends on the nature of the information and the background for storage. It is therefore not possible to specify a general time frame for when information is deleted.

Disclosure of information

Data about your use of the website, which advertisements you receive and possibly clicks on, geographical location, gender and age segment, etc. are passed on to third parties to the extent that this information is known. You can see which third parties are involved in the section on "Cookies" above. The information is used for advertising targeting.

We also use a number of third parties to store and process data. These only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

Dissemination of personal data such as name and e-mail etc. will only take place if you give consent to it. We only use data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.

Insights and complaints

You have the right to be informed of which personal data we process about you in a common format (data portability). You can also object to the use of information at any time. You can also revoke your consent for information about you to be processed. If the information processed about you is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted. If you want to complain about our processing of your personal data, you also have the option of contacting the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.

If you no longer wish for us to process your personal data or for us to limit the processing of your personal data, you can also send us a request to this effect to the above-mentioned e-mail address.

If you wish to purchase and receive a product or service from us, we need to collect certain personal data in order to complete the transaction and to be able to offer you our services.

We can only receive information such as name, e-mail address, postal address, delivery address and telephone number, if you send them to us yourself.

The -able collects and processes your personal data when you do the following:

Treatment basis and purpose

We collect your general contact information such as name and address in order to deliver the product or service that you have purchased from us. We get your e-mail address when you sign up for our newsletter, fill in the form on the website or send us an e-mail yourself.

If you have given us your consent to this during the registration process or on our website, we will use your email address to send out a newsletter. You can subscribe to and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. All newsletters also contain a link to unsubscribe. If processing of personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to revoke consent at any time.

If you do not wish to provide the personal data required to purchase a product, you will unfortunately not be able to purchase products from us on our website.

Your information (except your e-mail address, if you have consented to its processing for the purpose of receiving offers) will be deleted 2 years after you have received your item or service.

Other recipients of personal data

We do not sell your personal data to third parties and we do not transfer your personal data to third countries.

We have our website with DanDomain, Shopify and payment system through MobilePay, which acts as our data processor. All personal data that you provide on our website will be stored in DanDomain, Google Analytics, Shopify's data centers.

We use external companies as suppliers to deliver our services in the best possible way. These external suppliers are data processors and in certain cases process personal data in connection with their provision of services to us. Our data processors only process personal data according to our instructions and in accordance with the legal requirements for data processors.

We have entered into data processing agreements with our data processors, which is our guarantee that they comply with applicable regulations on the protection of your personal data.

Your rights

As the registered person, you have a number of rights, which we must ensure fulfillment of at all times. You have the right to request the following from us:

• To access and correct/change your personal data

• To have personal data deleted

You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

The -able undertakes to continuously meet the legal requirements for the protection of privacy.
